Tailgate gap, bed splitting?

    I agree!
    I picked up my truck from the body shop last week after getting the tailgate replaced (and bumper) after getting hit in the rear. Damage mostly to tailgate. Anyhow... Before leaving and upon inspection, the gap was larger on the passenger side than on the driver side. I asked them about it and they took it back in and adjusted it. Spot on now. There is obviously way to correct it. Mine got misaligned upon getting hit.
