So I got a tailgate shell to replace my dented one and am currently swapping the handle and hardware. I’m having trouble removing the bolts out of both hinges on the old one. Unfortunately I stripped 2 of them already... I’m thinking about just drilling them out and replacing them. Unfortunately, from what I can see,the parts diagram lists the hinges but not the bolts.
Anyone know the size or part numbers or where a good place to get them would be?

    Thanks !

Not a problem! This is the site I use for much more in depth diagrams. It's very hard to navigate but once you figure it out, it's an excellent resource. I always search by my VIN.

Look close at the bolts. Some people have reported that the hinge bolts were tack welded to the hinge.

Yep.. They were welded alright... and were a biatch to drill through! I burned out several drill bits, but I’m done! Woot!

    Thanks!
