Soooo.... I was interested in putting a GOOD tailgate light bar on my 2018 Access Tacoma but after inspecting my Tacoma it looks like it would be impossible with the light bar covering the spare tire access hole. Am I S.O.L. or are there other options?

I was planning to do this too...some people use a velcro type tape so that if they need access to the spare tire, they can remove the light bar, temporarily

The brand OPT7 Redline Triple also includes metal clips that can be used to hold the tailgate light bar so you can remove the light bar if you need to get to the spare tire hole. the velco option mentioned already is ok too.

Not exactly answering your question, but I've got two smaller lights under my bumper that light up the back end pretty well when setting up camp. I'd rather have them a little higher up, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
