Does anybody know what the max load is for a tailgate on a 2010 Tacoma?

Had tons on the old Taco's.... new Tundra is pretty stock
depends on where its got the weight on it.... in the center probably only like 200lbs. Bent mine in the first month of having the truck.

I've had about 400 on mine right in the center while loading some solid oak furniture and it held up fine.

Thanks for the info. I'm am hauling my GSXR 1000 which weighs approx 350 lbs. Most of the weight is is on the front half of the bike. Sounds like the tailgate should hold the rear just fine.

I've had 3 people on mine plus about 6 cold beers and a few dozen empties rolling around on it, no issues. Results may vary of course, but i've maxed mine out and lived to see another day.
