On my bump stops I took a fresh razor blade and shaved off about a 1/8 of a inch or a alittle more . Works with the bumpers installed now .

I was going to do that as well. The tailgate opens better with the switch than the key fob. I also added a piece of foam tape under the bracket to prevent early rubbing on tailgate. Maybe later add a couple rubber cushions like those for the tailgate but smaller.

    You get the interlocks working?

Also can you explain what you mean by push button works better than remote?

The circuitry for the output is no different between push button and 3x unlock. Just how the relay is triggered. (Different inputs to the same output) so should not have different results between the two.

I guess it should ? I’m no engineer
99% of the time the tailgate opener button works great like it should.
My key fob works, but not on three clicks
Unable to download any videos. Read my previous message

Uncheck the remote 2 press unlock box. Settings should match the below.

Your "Select Doors to Unlock" setting doesnt seem to be there? That is strange. Is that not an option for the SR5?

Seems to be a 2018+ setting.
    Comes with Toyota Safety Sense.

I'm a little confused the picture shows that the little "tab/ears" on the connector should be up but the wire colors do not match as seen on the pictures above what's The right way? (See pics below)

Should I follow the wire colors or the tab/ears on the connector on the up position????
    Thanks

That's the correct orientation. The picture that looks like a 3d model is wrong. I need to update it. The wiring diagram is correct though.

Either way. The picture you show is correct

Also, I have updated the enclosure to better protect the A-Connector. I also tightened up the clearances to make it install-able in only one orientation to help prevent the mixup of connecting it upside down / reversed.

I'll be updating my first post and the website with the new style enclosure pictures here in the next couple days.
