    Your welcome. I'm be interested in a timer module if someone has experience with one.

    I ran the wire to the fuse box under the hood to a open connection point but plan to do an "add a fuse" unless I see a better way to do this. Pic below added 1/15/24.

    I ran from the fuse panel under the hood through the firewall and then under the carpet over to the passenger side floorboard.

    I intalled the OEM tailgate lock harness last year and used that same route to run this wire. The OEM tailgate lock runs from the passenger side kick panel along the floorboard to an opening between the front and rear doors. I poked a hole in the grommet there and feel that the wire passing through the grommet leaves a tight seal due to the small insition I made. From there, the wire joins other wires next to the frame all the way to the rear of the truck.

    I hope that makes sense.
