Sorry about that. I posted this in another forum and corrected the list with $CAD. For some reason it is not here. You guys considering putting in cup holders on yours anytime soon?

I think with your flat rate shipping and CAD you are giving the Hooke folks a run for the money. :)

No cupholders planned currently. The idea if full flat was just too maximize the amount of total flat surface. Just from our experience too, when your cooking at camp gear is everywhere and the drinks just fill in the gaps.

Likely the bottom (closest to bed) is just a tad to long so as you close it catches the edge of the bed- that’s a guess based on another version of the mountain hatch I had previously

Anyone put anything between the panel replacement and tailgate? Any concerns about panel replacement rubbing on the the tailgate metal?

I replaced mine with a flat piece of ABS and didn't put anything between the two. There isn't really anything with the stock panel so I think it'll be fine.

i like the relentless fab one considering it covers the top part of the tailgate (when folded up) unlike the others

I also have the hooke road panel, the holes didn't line up very well and I was expecting that after reading about them. But it was the cheapest by far @ the time so I put a carbide burr in my dremel and made it fit! I wanted the plastic over metal so it wouldn't get too hot hanging open at the beach.

What thickness did you go with? Do you remember how much a sheet was by chance. Thanks in advance.

Sure, no problem! It's 1/8" thick and I think it cost me about $60 at the time.
