Tailgate Reinforcement Cap

Hey, Guys. Does anyone know if there’s anyone making just the cap for the tailgate in metal? I want to run an Ordinary Overland panel on my actual tailgate, so I just for the metal cap. I messaged KB Voodoo and apparently they aren’t doing it anymore, nor are they good at returning emails.

Any help would be appreciated.

I know your wanting the OO panel...but, Mobtown Offroad and Relentless Fabrication make a one-piece tailgate cap and panel. Relentless is smooth, while the Mobtown is ribbed.

 

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I have a message out to Mobtown to see if I can put the OO over their panel. It says the factory plastic can go over it, and I believe I read the OO is about the same thickness. I think...

I’m not sure if you can put it on top of it. The ribs would probably interfere.
