    not really sure why you would rev the engine like that for fun but as far as the chirping goes, are you sure its the tailgate and not the rear leafs?

    Yep, I can make my light self bounce the truck a foot up and down and rock back and forth like 3" without making a sound. Rattled the tailgate, and it came from the hinge.

    3 inch lift. bluetooth stereo. blue transparent skulls shift knobs
    for the tail gate thing. remove that panel on the inside and inspect the welds of the tailgate frame to the exterior cover. if they're broken apart, that's the issue. mine broke, so i put 1/8th x 3/4 weatherstrip ribbon between the broken welds and the exterior cover. never heard a peep from it ever again. even while off roading and lightly rock crawling.
