Taking off my after market cruise control

    I bought my 98 tacoma a couple of years ago and I can't get the dash apart because of the aftermarket cruise control can anyone help me take it off?20150726_203608.jpg

    used to have - 99 2.4L I4 5 lug & 04 prerunner v6
    turn steering wheel to the right and left to expose the front screws, then there is another one on the bottom and the steering wheel cover can come off then
