Hey all. I just picked up a 2019 Cement color TRD Sport. It has a black colored front spoiler i'm wanting to remove. Pros or cons to doing this and anyone have pictures after doing it.

Glad to be back in a Taco after 10 years in a 4Runner

Yes. Everyone does it. It is the thing to do. Rip it off and bury it in your backyard. Why would you let your kid wear taped glasses and a pocket protector to school?

Congrats on making the first step towards truck social awareness. Fit in, be cool.

There are lots of threads on this. You will have people tell you that if you take it off your gas mileage will suffer. I removed mine, saw no MPG difference, and I think the truck looks much better without it. Easy, free 5 min mod.

i don't think there are any pros or cons, it's your choice. i left mine on. my truck is stock other than a canopy. sounds like i am one of just a few that likes the look of it.

on the other hand, i removed the factory mud flaps. they served no purpose and looked hideous.

Spend a few minutes and do it. Take your own before and after pics and ponder it. Put it back if you decide you like it better that way.

    Easy peasy

About 1 minute into this video, the Toyota engineer talks about the Air Dam. TW is all about making your truck look and drive the way you want. Do whatever your heart desires. Welcome back to TW.

I always recommend it when you upgrade tires. Just to show them off.

I'd keep it and install for long road trips, but for daily driving, it looks so much better.

Very true...at least for aerodynamic purposes.

I installed a TRD Skid and I did not want to modify it to put it back on. (A member here has done it!)

I think it looks much better without it. Like @Rock Lobster says...."fit in, be cool!"

Oh geeze, please avoid using political phrases. (I know you're messin' with RL, just sayin')

I made a comment about Delaware in another thread and all of a sudden, someone mentions a person in position of power and makes fun of him and "BAM", some comments are deleted.

Well I apologize to say this, but by the rules set by the village elders, I must shun you with the rest of the chinstrappers.

Tacotimetime55 , same shit happened to me last week. Thread got deleted, reached out to moderator to clarify two things, and actually apologized for it. I get a response basically telling me Im out of my mind for even trying to use the excuse I gave.
