I love my Tacoma....and still miss my 2003 Tundra 4.7L 16MPG (OUCH) keep your Tundra unless you want better MPG, or an Off-Road beast that handles like an ATV not a living room on wheels. I see no reason to trade it until you have the Tundra for four-five years.
    LONG LIVE THE 8ft beds!

Looks rediculous and would blow away any Tacoma while tugging two in tow

I am a hair under 6’6” and 250, granted I have a second gen without a sunroof but it is comfortable for me. I too have a dog. And no one taller than 4’11” can sit behind me, haven’t had any issues other than I can’t really see stop lights and my rear view mirror is always in the way. Best of luck!

I can't imagine dealing with the Tundra's dimensions everyday. But, I guess it just depends on your needs.

Maybe I was being Vague. My 2017 Taco has a 3inch lift and has been average 17ish/18? Of course fatter tires.
My padres 2013 tundra on all seasons have been consistently average 17.

    EDIT: Tundra is stock
    EDIT: Taco is not stock

    so all subjective.
