And it was the same thing on my 04 f150. You would think they would have changed the shitty drive shaft design.

Well, it's a Ford. If that's not bad enough, i don't know what else to say.

"Causes retardation", "reproductive issues" "Explorer" "Eco-Boost"

Interesting the evolution of the auto industry. Consumers don't want chrome anymore. Auto industry says, " Here, we will give you fake chrome and you will like it!".

For decades we always have heard these stories, the Ford has caught up...will be better now, 4 cyl Ranger jamming all hell down it with higher hp/torque.
Chevy has now overtaken Toyota with the new and improved Colorado !
Ridgeline will trump Toyota, consumer reports BEST !.
    GMC will eat their lunch.

But when the dust always settles, Toyota comes out in front now doesn't it. End of conversation. Next.

I’d wait for the ‘21 Ranger as it’ll debut with the new Bronco and have multiple engine options...even better than the one it has now which leaves the Tacoma in its dust :burnrubber: ...but hey how bout that Tacoma resale

I'm at 413,000 trouble-free miles and still going on my 96 Tacoma, try getting that from a Ranger.

OP, after you dump the sand out of the F-600 you can fill it with water. Take the beach wherever you want. Or, if you just prefer water, the VW Tarok "bed" looks deep enough to be a wading pool.

Never buy the first iteration of any vehicle. If you have to have a Ranger wait until next year.

People with Tacomas do both better and worse than epa ratings, often a lot worse. So you friend gets shit mileage, means diddly. Still wouldn't buy it until it's been around the block.

A coworker in his f-150 2.7 eb averages 17 mpg. My average was 19.2 mpg before wheels/tires. Currently avg 16 to 16.5...considering putting the stock wheels/tires back on.

The new Silverado eco diesel is rumored to get 30 to 40 mpg.

I’m tired of a vehicle at 75k miles let alone 413k, you guys that pine on and on about how many miles it’ll go are the exception. People (consumers) want new sh!t. 413k trouble free miles is also the exception and not the norm, I’ve personally owned several Toyota trucks that couldn’t sputter much past 100k without needing engine replaced and those trucks were from the era that the “reliability” and “high mileage” myths were born :jerkoff:
