tall bed rack???

    2011 Access Cab 4x4
    I've got a 2011 Access cab. I want a bed rack to mount my Maggiolina RT, which will go over the cab about 5". Does anyone make a rack tall enough for this? I cant get a good measurement of the cab height over bed rails because there is an ARE camper shell on it. Anyone know how high the cab is over the rails?>
