Anyone else noticed the explosion of trucks with plate bumpers lately? I'm seeing Taco's, FJ's and full size trucks with a lot of Road Armor and similar plate bumpers.

If I get the suspension sorted out this week then begins saving for a hybrid bumper. I like 4Xinnovations and Brute Force a lot.

There's a few round here that has got them recently too. Most are ugly Road Armor, Iron Cross, etc.

Yeah, a majority of the ones I see are the massive, massive plate bumpers.

I was joking with my girlfriend that Road Armor bumpers are true to the name, given their wonderful approach angle. I saw a massive monstrosity of a dodge the other day with one, made my bullbar look approach angle friendly...

They definitely for looks haha If I ever get one for my Tacoma it'll be elite. If I was to get one for like a 250 or something. It'd be a ranchhand. My dad says Road Armors look like snow plows to him haha

I would be, but I'm doing overnights for the next week.

I'm not going to the Citrus meet if anyone wants to try to plan something up here. I'd love to go but once more, no dogs allowed...

Give us a little warning next time your in town, bare minimum I'm sure a few of us won't mind gathering at Hooters for some wings and truck talk.

My truck sticks out a lot, especially amongst the other Taco's in this city. I'll keep an eye out for your 4Runner.

It'll likely be in the FSU campus specifically behind right field of the baseball stadium for most of the day
