Tampa area 4x4 shops

Does anyone have any good references for any good local shops in the greater Tampa area? I have had my 3" Toytec lift with Dakar leaf springs for about 2.5 years or 20,000 miles. I don't drive the truck much but when I do I always am reminded of the fact that I stopped short of doing the job completely. I need upper control arms. One last thing for those of you running Dakar's, how freaking long does it take for that annoying squeak to go away? I think it is coming from the bushings but not sure. I spray them with a lubricant and they quiet down but usually only for a few weeks.
