Screw the PB blaster. Hit them with a 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF. Works a lot better.

Well shit. If you can get the broken piece of easy out...um...out, you can bring it by. I have a good set of easy-outs that might work better. If not, yer kinda screwed.

If you do want to bring it by though, let me know.

Well I have an appointment tomorrow at toyota for some new leafsprings from the recall. Ill see if they can get the bolts out while they're at it. By the way its the 2 bolts (1 on driver 1 on passenger) that connect the cross member (that hold the carrier bearing) to the frame.

Dam you Toyota of Tampa Bay! So they called me last night saying my leaf springs arrived per the recall so I set up an appointment for this morning. I show up and they tell me they don't have any leaf springs and that they're gonna have to order them . So I ask if they can fix my stuck bolt issue and the guy says yeah they can take care of it. 10 minutes later he comes back and says they can't do it cause they don't have any of those bolts in stock and that he went ahead and ordered those too :frusty:. I told him I have replacement bolts and nuts in my truck to replace them and he said they cant use the bolts that I have :annoyed:. So now.........I wait......,,

Never liked that dealership personally. They tried to tell me I had to pay for a loaner while they did warranty work. Didn't have to when I had other warranty work done, sure as hell wasn't going to now.

Is that the place on Fletcher? I avoid ToTB like the plague. Service takes forever and they try to add shit to my bill. Drive up to Wesley Chapel Toyo, they are a bit better.

I think Scooter still works there. Drop him an IM at Scooter WCT before you go and he will introduce you to the service managers.
