    So, mildly interesting thing happened on the way home from the grocery store today...

    I was driving Natty down Orange Grove and pulled up to a 3-way stop. On one corner there was a 4th Gen T4R. On the other corner there was a 4th gen T4R. And then there was me, the turd in the Carrollwood punch bowl, in a 3rd Gen T4R on the remaining corner. Now it would have been perfect if one of them had been a 5th Gen. Pretty sure they don't allow something as gauche as a 1st or 2nd Gen to roam the streets of Old Carrollwood unchallenged though so those would have been right out. :D

    You know if I see a modded Toyota I make it a point to wave, honk, or give a thumbs up. I have to say 90 percent of the time I get no response. I have gotten the bird a few times lol

    This was Carrollwood...of course not, haha. They were both bone stock, so probably not enthusiasts.

    I do give the "Toyota wave" to 'Yota trucks and SUVs I pass. Rarely get a response, though I did receive a wave a couple months ago from a 1st Gen Taco while I was coming home from Lowes in Natty (on Orange Grove again, oddly enough). I waved back, of course. :cool:

    Was just telling Mom about that and she told me she got a 'yota wave the other day in Natty. At the time she didn't know what it was, just thought the other person mistook her for someone else, but she did wave back, haha. Natty isn't even really modded. The grille is painted with truck bed coating and the Toyota emblem is painted OD green, and I put in a DRL defeat switch, but beyond that, she's bone stock, just really pretty for a 16 y/o SUV.
