These are Wet Okoles.
I bought them online from their store wetokole.com.
There is sometimes a group buy here that makes them, I do not know when the last one was, but they savings is really good.
They do give a military, LEO, etc. discount too. That is what I used before the group buys started happening here.

Yes Simon the beanie baby comes along for the ride too.
Simon thinks its his toy sometimes so he has to go in the glove box.
