How did you secure the front? Drill buttons into the bed?

Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
Softopper sells snap screws for like $5 that you can screw into the bed.

On a side note - I just bought a second gen topper for my third and for anyone looking to do summer camping its a great buy. It doesnt sit flush with the roof line but it's good enough for my taste as hasnt had any issues while going 80 mph or in windy freeway conditions thus far.

There was a few buttons and Velcro was the big help. It was primarily heavy duty Velcro and 3buttons!

Surprised no one wants this...if I didn't just buy mine I would snag yours! This is a great price for the condition. GLWS

If it was a short bed I'd buy it in a heart beat. Exactly what I'm looking for

Would this fit a first gen extended cab? I had read that the double cab sizes are interchangeable but cant confirm on these
