    Okay, so I downloaded Imgur and the only options when I select a .gif are to save it or to copy it. I copied the gif and tried to paste it in the forum on the mobile site and it was blank

    When I highlight a picture that I want to save on the iPhone, the options are 'Save Image' and 'Copy.' 'Save Image' sends the photo to my photo album on my phone. 'Copy' simply copies the image, which doesn't allow you to copy the URL, just the image, so if you try to copy a .gif, it's just going to post a still of the .gif.
