Yeah, we will have them with a sealed ball joint option, and the uniball type. We'll make them "affordable", not by cheap quality, but by low markups so more people can buy them when needed.

I'll have my alignment specs posted in a bit. I'll be home later tonight.

I agree, I'd be better off w UCA's for alignment purposes.

I can't say they got it into exact specs, but the truck does stay straight w no hands and doesn't wander around.

I plan on doing an Icon or OME kit. I'll def have all the right things done.

Main purpose I have an OR4x4 is for snow. I'm moving from TX to PA. It gets pretty hairy in the winter sometimes. I do occasional wheeling but now I have a proper truck to do it in. I'll have a great suspension set up. Mostly for mild overland type usage.

I'm new here, obvious 0 messages. I have the same RC Lift. I added the diff. drop spacers that came with the kit. I did not have to cut the skid plate supports to install them. Everything was good for several hundred miles. After going off road and using the using the 4H I have the diff. vibration\groaning noise. It goes away in 4H. The noise/vibration is so bad I have to keep my front drive shaft tie wrapped. I tried the Toytec 1" diff drop, but the noise/vibration got worse. Just ordered 6112's with 1/4" plate from Head Strong. Not sure what I am going to do about the front diff noise/vibration. I am installing a carrier bearing drop this weekend to help with some of the other vibes.

The only thing they changed was the toe. Caster should not be at 0......

It's just like @ZachMX was saying. They did the best they could, but ideally you want your caster around 2.5*-3*. I'm surprised your steering isn't twitchy at highway speeds.

Yeah, thanks. I have been reading a lot here about the needle bearing problem. I am kinda on the fence About replacing the needle bearing. Probably I will start at the dealer and see if they will repair it and what they may or may not say about the lift.
Anyway I will check the link out to see what I can learn.

I installed my skid plates w no issues the other night.

Maybe This is a 3rd gen step that is not necessary. I really don't know.

The first sheet I posted shows the factory specs they have on file. Now it clearly says is for a 2016 4x4 Limited. I'm totally lost now. Folks on here say it should be a certain number, RC kit gives certain alignment specs, and the alignment shop gives certain specs.

I have had no issues running 4H or 4L. Only weird noises I get is on crawl mode, but it has always made those noises and it's normal from what I'm reading and have seen on video.

My steering is as normal as the day I first drove the truck. Like I said previously, the suspension is slightly stiffer. I know some suspension down drop has been reduced due to the front spacers reducing this. I guess I'm just used to having vehicles with modified and stiff suspension.

That looks pretty darn good, thank you. Literally looks to be at the same orientation as the factory tires are on mine.

Did you have to shim the rear carrier bearing or feel the need to?

These wheels n tires are flush w the gender flares/brush guards. Hey have a little bit more agressive offset then my original wheels. I prefer that look vs having 4" of the tire poking out.

No I did not shim the carrier bearing. Seems to be fine on mine. I did space the front diff tho. The blocks in the rear are tapered. Unsure if that's the reason being since you don't have to shim. Maybe it keeps the bearing within a certain tolerance. No unwanted or abnormal vibration in 4H, 4L, Crawl, or w the rear diff locked.
