    Add-a-Fuse into the interior panel above the driver foot.
    There is an empty constant slot that will always have power, or the P.Outlet slot that is switched with the truck. Your choice.

    15amp passenger outlet fuse, only on while ignition is on.
    20amp sunroof outlet fuse, always hot.
    By the driver kick panel, use the add a fuse as mentioned before.
