    Oooo I'm in Ohio so Amish is definitely a great idea. Instead of their buggies, I could ask if they can make one for the rack. Interesting idea

    Sunbrella is used for boat covers.....pretty sure it is waterproof and comes in a variety of colors.

    Had a Jeep soft top that all the stitching was falling apart at the seams. Buggy shop charged $15 to re-stitch most all the seams.

    They have heavy duty machines/needles/thread, too.

    NE Ohio has tons of buggy shops and I assume if you are in the Holmes County area, there are also a shitload there, too.

    I also think, if you can make a 'sample/pattern' out of a sheet or similar to show them what you actually want mounted to the truck, it might be easier.
