I'm currently researching tax lien certificates for investing. Does anyone have any experience with these?

I did some research in my county and was turned off by the complexity and having to attend in person so I went with muni's. But each county comes up with their own process so maybe it'll be simpler and more attractive for you.

That doesnt really bother me so much if I only have to be there once. However some do online bidding so you can just sit at your computer and bid
