Hey Guys, we're going to run this deal on our diff drop kits until April 15th, the day that Tax Returns must be complete!! They're usually $40 plus shipping (about $48 total), but we're doing them for $38 delivered anywhere in the 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska of course.

Dobinsons front differential drop kit for 2005-16 Toyota Tacoma and Hilux, 2003-2016 4Runner, 2007-15 FJ Cruiser, Toyota Fortuner (all years), and Prado 120/150 (all years).

This is needed when lifting these IFS vehicles more than 2.0", as it rotates down the front side of the differential carrier to help correct the driveline CV angles, reducing wear on those.

May or may not work with some factory and/or aftermarket skid plates, due to the lowering of the differential housing. It does come with skid plate spacers, but some choose to not reinstall the skid plate after lowering the differential.

Comes with all necessary hardware, all as pictured.
    *All spacers are machined aluminum
    *All hardware is grade 8.8

Note: Some diff drop kits don't come with the extra parts that ours do so that you can also lower the skid plates, since they most likely won't fit after lowering the diff. That should help explain the price difference.

Payments will be via PayPal. Send me a PM to line up the order and I will send you the payment request via PayPal.

Do you have any threads on the install or photos of the unit installed?

    I'm interested!

Sorry, not yet. We have to put one of these into our Tacoma and are planning on photos and video when we do it.

Hey, I installed this diff drop kit into my 4runner this weekend (same process), and I added some notes in the photos. It comes with instructions, but it's very straight forward too.

When you remove the front diff mount bolts, you can just let the axle hang, and in these photos you can see it just hanging there probably about 1.5" or so. Then you put in the spacer and push it back up with the new bolt in place.
