I' will pay off our Sienna and leave only the '08 Tacoma payment... so sad, but I least I will have room to add some beef for next mods this comming Christmas and they are...

ARB color coded bumper (I will need to paint it), light bar, and a lift (small one) with probably some nice ranch type tires.

If you want to have tons of info on the facts and not realtor conjecture let me know (email me) and I'll send you a whole slew of stuff and links. I don't want to put them here out of respect for others and the Tacoma topic. Sorry for going off of it.

Thanks, but I'm more interested in watching an internet fight.

Seriously, there are those that believe the market is coming back, those that feel that the worst is yet to come, those that believe that the market hasn't slowed at all and sellers just aren't being rigid enough, etc. All of them know they're right, and I get a kick out of hearing the arguments.

I have my opinions on the whole thing and I keep them to myself. Several well-timed and lucky moves have allowed me to fund my current truck build and still keep enough set aside for a nice place when I decide where I'd like to settle.

For now I'm investing in life experiences rather than real estate. The return is more of a guarantee regardless of the market.

You're not kidding! The side-by-side comparison is amazing.

That's one hell of a nice truck you've built.

Looks like you'll be visiting the cheap/free mods thread a lot this year

Amazing difference in picks!!! Excellent choices.. Looks great

Having 2 kids, and wifes desires for expensive home projects leaves mods far and few between for me :(

It's not whether or not you need it. It's if you can convince your wife that you need it.........at least that's the case for me.

Hey Rick, how do you like those destination m/t's? Are they holding up well? I'm leaning toward a set of 265/75/16's with my return.
