I was doing so good. Went Monday-Friday for like a month and a half before work. Then I got put on a new project with daily fucking status calls at 730 am which was 30 mins in to my gym time. Haven't been in a month. Gonna try and do my warmup for 30 mins now, take the call in the gym, and then finish my workout. Starting Wednesday. Wish me luck haha

Ya. My posture is bad normally but been worse lately. Really need to work my back and shoulders in to shape again. Used to have those muscles ripped for surfing. Not anymore haha. Trying to also decide if I should join a rock climbing gym or a yoga studio for a few months...

The local one to me has a 3 month deal for $96. Usually 40 a month. I might do it. Yoga studio is like 90/month

Also I only pay $24 a year for my 24 membership. And they have a yoga class here so I might try and see if I can get in to one or two yoga classes a week at 24 and then do rock climbing other days.

I've been getting myself somewhat back in shape.Used to be ripped throughout my whole life just from 3 to 4 days a week playing basketball, running, surfing, skateboarding and lifting light weights but doing a lot of reps. The last seven yr's though i've gotten of track and when you're in your 40's it ain't so easy even when mentally feel capable and challenge yourself.Been also considering doing the free yoga on the beach down at Belmont Shores. The craft beer i would of never thought it would of changed my stomach but has done so.LOL,kinda!

The beer is getting to me man! I'm starting to drift further away from a six pack and transforming more to a keg if you will haha. I used to have a great upper back and shoulders due to surfing 3-5 times a week but this office job kills me. It definitely takes a lot more dedication to stay fit when you get older. I think I'm going to head down to REI after I get home and shower to buy some basic rock climbing gear and start going to a rock gym.

Haha I had signed up with my dad like 10 years ago. It was however much for like 2 years or something and then $24 per year after that. It doesn't make sense to not renew it each year as it's so cheap
