    x3 on the 2 day hangover. I had to go to the hospital today for some steroids. I must have aggravated my herniated disk because Monday and today I was a slave to the couch. Made it to work tonight though. Well worth it! Roid me up, doc! I got wheelin' to do.

    That was my last JT run until fall. We just beat the heat. Maybe during the dog days of summer we can plan out a Big Bear yellow post camp/wheelin' trip to get everyone up and out of the heat.
