I just installed a TC kit on my 06 4Runner with their axle shafts. Ive rebuilt the axles complete with my oem Toyota joints. All axle parts went back together exactly how they came apart(other than the new shafts.) Axles instantly click upon first text drive... I've lowered the coilovers all the way down (king 2.5 series coilovers made for this kit) and still am getting clicking.

I have the orange high angle inner cv boots and Porsche 930 outer boots installed- is there a chance that the heavy duty boots were "overstretched" and causing the axles/outer cv joint to push out into the spindle?

Anyone local willing to check it out of any shops local that have LT experience? I am in Seal Beach. Haven't driven the truck since the first initial test drive due to the noise. New to all the long travel truck stuff... Looking for any tips/help/pointers.

Plenty of beer in hand for anyone that can make it by or point me in the right direction.

    Thanks in advance

Before replacing anything, I would remove and re-install the axle shafts in the differential. Does the clicking sound like it is coming from the spindle side of the axle or the differential side?

So I took it across the street to parking lot...

It's only clicking under throttle turning left or right.

Seems like it's coming from the drivers side outer joint. I'll pull the axle tomorrow and take a closer look

    Thanks for your help.

If you have a go pro, toss it in your fender well and record what is going on.
