TC UCA Install - No inside Washers with OEM UCA?

Doing full suspension upgrade this weekend, and installing TC UCA in the upgrade. Went ahead today to spray some PB Blaster to make life easy this weekend, and noticed I only have outside washers with OEM UCA. Just wanted to verify with you guys that I indeed need to order another 4 washers to add the washer in the inside? (I already ordered the washers with Toyota Dealership FYI just in case). Did a quick search as well, but running around and on the phone with toyota made it easier to make a thread. I had not seen a previous thread on this when seeing install instructions and videos.

Toyota Part number #: 90948A2002. These are washer part numbers that are on the outside of OEM UCA.

 

Belay the above post. After speaking with TC, I had moved part of the packaging to the side and hid the hardware from myself (This tops losing the remote in your couch). I received all new washers with the package.
