yah I bought an AFE CAI intake from them just this month. It got delivered no problem and shipping actually was free.

I had some misgivings at first and couldn't find much about them online, but bit the bullet and things turned out well!

I just ordered a volant cold air intake from them that they advertised with the scoop, when I got it there was no scoop. So I called and they said sorry the ad is wrong, but we will sell you the scoop for another 200 bucks. I would not deal with these guys again. There are way more places that have the same stuff at the same price, with much better customer service.

Good thing I cancelled my late December Volant CAI with scoop order / for a subsequent 3rd week January delivery. Although they may be a good alternative, they are a drop ship (from manufacturer) company that relies on your money to make it work.

Sorry shouldn't cut it. They advertised, they should deliver by law.

Just to update the group on these guys - my buddy ordered a Bak Industries RollBack and once received there was an issue with the spring tension in the rollback compartment (it had basically come partially uncoiled so it didn't roll back completely).
T dot was of almost no help to him so he went direct to the manufacturer and they sent him a brand new cover once they reviewed the issue.

So, customer service isn't great (which I think we knew) but prices are generally still cheaper than bringing into Canada on your own.

    Buyer beware I suppose

I ordered my pro comp lift mid day monday and it showed up today(mostly). The rear shocks are still in ontario which isnt a big deal as im not using them anyways. No issues with the order and i called to get a update on when it would show up and no issues with customer service.

I just found their site. I'm in the market for cat back and they have some pretty good prices with free shipping. I contacted them and just waiting for a reply before I pull the trigger. I work at a Ford dealer and the prices at Tdot are better than I can get.

I had an absolutely horrid experience ordering from this site. I certainly won't be doing business with them again.

I'm thinking that with the crash of the CAD vs. USD over the past 2 months, they haven't updated their prices on the website.

I ordered a Pop and Lock PL8540 from them on Friday. They arbitrarily cancelled my order today with no explanation. When I compared their price to that on the Pop and Lock website there was a few dollars difference, I'm thinking that they were underpriced with the current exchange rate.

    Pop and Lock
    http://www.popandlock.net/power-tailgate-lock/toyota-power/toyota-power-tacoma/PL8540 $167.95 USD

    TDot
    http://www.tdotperformance.ca/pop-and-lock-pl8540-power-tailgate-lock.html?___store=canada $189.64 CAD

    $167.95 USD x 1.29 = $216.65 CAD

They are definitely a drop ship 3rd party seller. I do not believe that they carry stock or have Canadian and American warehouses as they claim.

So I'll give an update about my thoughts of Tdot...

We tried to install my lift and the AAL was too long for my leaf setup. After some calls I found out that they offer two sizes of AAL. Only the longer size was presented to me on the website as an option, it said it would work with my truck....It does not. I called Tdot and they want me to send back the whole lift kit just so they can exchange my AAL for the shorter size. I would be fine with that if it wasn't for the fact I spent $50 to get the coils mounted to the struts already. Which in turn would be another 50 to get them taken off and then another 50 to get them installed on the new struts. They didn't care about that and told me I'd have to buy the correct part if I didn't want to send in the whole kit. But because of my troubles they'd give me $5 off.

I know mistakes happen and I can accept that, but I am so unhappy that they don't seem to care about my situation and just want me to buy the part that I need. Its not like I said oops I accidentally ordered the wrong part, my bad. There wasn't anything on the info for the lift that said it may not work with my truck or anything about 2 sizes being available.

Bottom line is I'll pay extra money to buy from somewhere else from now on.

I ordered a cat back from them with no issues. I'd order from them again.

Hey guys, so what other Canadian sites do we have?
Please list any and all good sites. I'm looking to make some upgrades and having a hard time ordering from US with our dollar so low.
I did stumble across www.partsengine.ca - they seem decent, anyone have any opinins on them?

I made one purchase from Tdot almost 2 years ago - no confirmation of my order, no tracking info, no reply to my emails inquiring about the order, but got my order over a month later. Never again.
