Definitely expensive in the repair bay, in terms of hourly rates, but there is 4wheelparts on the Oakville/Burlington border that has a brick and mortar storefront to order from, in person. I sourced my bumpers at the parts-counter, and had my 5-lug lift done by them, with Bilsteins ordered through them. One order - the ARB front bumper, was shipping-fucked (tow-motor had apparently rammed the skid in the truck, that the bumper was on) but didn't realize it until i'd actually installed the bumper - no problem, they took me at my word, dealt with 4wheelparts HQ and ARB on my behalf, and had another Bumper PDQ'd to me to replace. They also accepted a return on weathertech window visors that i had ordered, but turned out to be good only for the regular cab (regular cab uses a different 2" longer door, access and double-cab share same-sized door between those two models) which was my bad - no problem, ordered the correct part number and did a straight exchange - they ate all the shipping costs related to the wrong part no.

I've ordered many thing with only one issue witch was easily resolved
My lift kit came with only one rear shock they sent the other quickly
Shipping was quick but I only live 4 hours away

 

I ordered my Besttop from them, it showed up with the box it was in almost completely destroyed. Checked everything out and no damage to the top or any of the parts. I was happy with the price and the delivery time but would have been a different story had something been damaged.
