Okay, being wary of taking it off the dealer's nice, clean, parking lot could add significant points. A second picture with any kind of mall (young teenage admirers) in the background would have garnished major points. Topping that with a cautious curb climb would have been near mall crawling nirvana.

Has anyone else noticed even the Toyota logo on the Prius has been "gayed" up? No manly bold lettering on that vehicle. Lets make the logo's background a "pretty blue" instead.

As a new Taco owner I have found this thread highly informative. I parked my Tacoma in the garage for the first time last night, and after driving over the lip of the slab, I am slowly gaining courage to attempt a "mall crawl."

    Dare I?

I am carefully planning an expedition to the mall. The BIGGEST MALL IN ANCHORAGE. I just need to find some teenage groupies I can bribe into cheering for me as I *gasp * drive up ON THE CURB!!!!! Which I have most certainly NEVER attempted before. :D

A womwan at the largest mall, you may have to send a search party anyway :p

But seriously I think I am DQ'd from any mall crawling just because of the amount of squeeks and noise I have coming from my truck

Oh, wow. That's a major challenge for a first attempt at anything, but, of course, they do say fortune favors the brave or foolish.

Consider bringing a camera crew to document the expedition and curb climb. It might be worthy of the Outdoor Channel or Discovery Channel. Would probably be more interesting than some of the stuff they've had on recently (but I digress). Make sure the teenage groupies are dressed in traditional mall costumes (always hate when the locals in documentaries look fake).

But, whatever, be cautious. Plenty of dangers (mall security, runaway shopping carts, large women in moo-moo dresses, etc). As another said, we don't want to send in another expedition to search for your expedition.

Maybe Discovery Channel can make a new tv show about it. Lol call it "Man vs Curb" haha
