I work Friday but might be able to leave work early. I'll try to make it up there for 6-7pm. Are we camping all together then breaking for the trails the next morning or camping in our teams?
@Shveet you have a 2 way radio?

I might leave Friday around 3pm, I would be in barrie around 4.30pm.

 

i should be up there friday early afternoon and would do some early wheeling with you or anyone else.

Alright, sounds good. It helps if you have someone that knows their way in/ has been there, but if you don't bump into anyone - you'll be driving part of the trail to get to camp so don't panic when you suddenly see power lines.

shoot us a ping on Tworld or something and one of us is sure to see it and will go give you a hand.
also, closer to the entrance choose the water passage over going up hill. There is a mark in the shield that one of us left after descending nearly 90 degrees off a cliffside.


To my understanding - I imagine that's what's going to happen; where we group up for the night then break off in the morning.


Yeah i run a motorola 2-way walkie. I usually run channel 3 or 15. Probably be on 15 this run.

Chanel 4 on radios for everyone is what usually it is.

In the daytime we going to split in groups and tackle on cleaning up trails.

 

Working Friday and heading up around 4. Since we are both leaving Toronto, wanna meet up? We can meet at 400 enRoute KingCity.

 

If that location is north of the traffic jams, I am OK with it.

Friday traffic is a mess around 4pm starting at Vaughn.

Oh trust, my first time on this trail was at midnight, by myself, to meet up with the TEC whom I'd never met... I love this trail.
channel 4 sounds good to me.

 

A few of us were out by the trail and we start to hear something in the distance and someone said “that’s a 4Runner” just by the sound of it, and up strolls @Tech HoFFinaTor , must have been at earliest midnight

*edit more likely closer to 1am, that was a late night lol.
