If i can remember correctly, Black lake loop is not that long so we might/could/have a chance to do 2 trail runs that day..

I had a slight back pain 2Weeks ago.
Found a chiropractor near by.
Came out of there with major back pain now it's gotten to the point if I move a certain way I'll be on the ground in a second.
It's not mechanical it's a nerve for sure.
this getting old is tuff.37's are bad luck for me.

 

^Get an X-ray or better yet an MRI done. There may be more serious issues.
