Go to a good massage place and do stretching if you can. Is it lower back?

I threw out my back years ago and it ended up being lower back, pinched sciatic nerve. Painful and paralyzing. If it's anything similar, I suggest youtubing sciatic nerve stretching. I do it all the time now cuz I'm susceptible to the nerve tightening up all the time

Osteopath. I have done physio, chiro and now osteo. For me the chiropractor just did adjustments that didn’t solve anything. Physio is great but they get range of motion back without knowing the route cause. Osteopaths do both jobs of a chiropractor and a physiotherapist. Really had good luck with the guy I have been seeing for the last year. Getting old sucks.

I am able to confirm that I can make it this weekend in the end. Can I be added to the easy trail please! I’ll be coming up either late Friday night or early Saturday morning
