    Heads up for those city folks, the black flies are out and biting here in Bobcaygeon...not sure what they will be like further north, but be prepared!

    It will work to a point...long sleeves, cover-up, and I am bring a bug net to keep them out of my eyes, ears, and nose. These last few warm days have really made them come out in force!

    Booster wired up and ready to go. Unfortunately lithium battery won’t be here before Friday. But I got enough in my start battery to keep it running. 0E406FBE-FAC7-41DB-A541-21B58E44243A.jpg

    well if we do the math.
    "n1" = Number of tacomas with single battery
    "n2" = Number of Tacomas with dual battery
    "S" = Number of people with a solar charger
    "j" = Number of Jeeps showed up
    "h" = Hand crank start
    "m" = Manual (push it down a hill in 2nd)

    ((n1+n2+s+j)-1)*h*m = Number of batteries needed for successful set up to watch the leafs... do something

    Basically as long as we have a truck that drives stick and a hill and maybe a spare battery to be left alone :cookiemonster:

    I hope to be on the road by 6 at the latest but ideally hours before. There are at least 4 people up there already though.

    Worst case we have enough tools, chainsaws, and nearby jeep alternators to fab up a generator.
