I had hoped to maybe go since the new dates I'm off, but the folks decided to plan a reunion with my brothers. I haven't met 2 of my nieces because of the past year, nor has any of the family met my fiance.

Since I haven't seen any of my family in 2 years I'm having to confirm I'm not going as family always comes first. Another time for sure though!

@OrangeTaco101 you interested in this trail clean up run? Hopefully the lockdown and camping ban will be lifted before the end of June.

Ardbeg virgin question, what is the road into the camp site like? Can a small camping trailer make it in, and if it does, is there room for one?

It's bumpy but a regular car can make it to the beach. Lots of room

Large 3 axle trailers get there without problems and tandem trailers go there as well.

Is it too early to talk about convoy’s or meeting times for the drive up to Ardbeg? I’ve never been up there so I’d prefer to drive up with someone who knows the camping spot.
What time do you guys usually head up there?
Do you bring all of your food and drinks with you or is there a store or something near by where we can pick up supplies?

people roll in at different times from different places. post up where you will be when and if someone is going by they will likely offer to meet up and drive in with you.

you want to have everything you need when you leave parry sound that will cover you til you get back to parry sound.

And pot...you want enough pot to last the duration. You will NOT have time to cultivate any pot when you arrive to departure for consumption.

Bring enough to share also. Remember that one teacher in school who would chastise you for chewing gum in class and ask if you brought enough for the whole class? Ya, my folks owned a grocetreria and yes, I did bring enough...bitch.

    Chew on that

Best to bring everything you need for camping. I might take Friday off and head up in the morning, dependent on what the boss says.
