TEC Minden Newbie Run || August 21, 2021

Man we may have another camera guy lol. I didn’t take anything. Partly because my phone died and also I always forget lol.

How was this, technically?

 

My Audi didn’t make past first obstacle, it was hard

 

Very challenging for the couple of AEV-upgraded ZR2 Bisons in the group in front of us...

 

Just depends on your experience. The group in front of us was inexperienced and this was very new to them. They were very slow but they were going through it. Compared to dirt roads it’s technical. For others it’s just another trail. Just depends.

 

In other news the depth-checking broomstick mount held up very well. No adverse effects after four hours of highway at up to 140 kph, going thru the Minden trail, and high-pressure water jet from a touchless car wash.

 

My first time doing this trail and I would say I’m a newbie with some experience. The main parts of the trail are very fun and pretty straight forward with some rocky sections. There’s a couple sections that are definitely more challenging but with the great guiding help of @Norilsk and @tacoma16 I was able to complete them. I would say 2+ is a fair rating of the trail.
