    ummm .....ya.
I may have to withdraw as my last day at work is the Friday before and in my advanced age I don't handle hangovers well anymore.

Anyone else camping after the run? That spot last year was awesome. Definitely gonna BBQ again too so if anyone's interested in pitching for dinner let me know.

Is there anything specific we need to bring (outside of recovery strap, bug spray and food?)

That's a month ago, likely very different now.

Weather is looking good for Saturday at least: https://www.wunderground.com/forecast/ca/trent-lakes/ITRENT141

    upload_2023-6-12_13-25-53.png

Since Picard Lake trail is long, last year the group (which included a Honda CR-V and Highlander) collectively decided to tackle the first portion of Gooderham trail (level 3) instead.

Seeing how many people coming, plus few Yota owners not from the forum we are going to split this in 3 groups of 6 trucks per group.

Friday night we are camping at the usual spot, those who know they know.:spy:

Saturday we are meeting at the coordinates in the first post.

More advance group, i.e. all on 33”+ tires can head first and hit level 3 trails and above.

Newbie will form two groups lead/closing by a seasoned club member. I’ll need 3 volunteers for that.

We all going to reconnect at HWY 507 & Picard Lake Trail to continue on Pencil Lake and camp in that area on Saturday Night.

    Advance Group List:

Also, everyone must have one recovery point at the bare minimum, i.e. your hitch.

Those that don’t have air compressor, we are going to help you to air up tires at the end of the trip.

We (regular club members) are going to have all the recovery gear, so no need to worry there.
Bring full tank of fuel, snacks, drinks and good attitude for adventures!
For those that are camping please pack accordingly to weather/terrain conditions. Ground still may be wet.

No, we are going to be exiting at 507 and Picard Trail, there is going to be few exits before as well for those that need to leave earlier.

It would be good to have one, but not required.

FRS/GMRS is what we mostly use, aside from shouting, horn, hand signals, flares...

Isn't Ontario in a no fire ban right now?

    LED Flares however is welcome!
