That's pretty funny that you get on here to bitch about someone else just because they're young and they have done a few personalized things to their vehicle. Modding a truck isn't "f$&cking it up", it's simply building it with your own personal touches to make it your own and let it stand out from the crowd. How are you gonna talk shit to some kid you don't even know and have never even seen? If you really knew him, you would know that he takes excellent care of his truck, he's very respectful to his parents and grateful that they got him such a nice truck, and he works his ass off AND goes to school just to have his OWN money to spend however he wants. He could be spending it on drugs and alcohol but he's not, he spends every last dime to try and make his truck truly one of a kind. Back off the kid. If you wanna post negative comments about people and be a dick then go find another forum to post on. This forum is all about tacoma owners and "modding" (or f$&cking their trucks up), so if you don't like it then find a "stock" Tacoma forum to join. Stop talking shit about people you don't even know. Btw...nice truck Patrick, that thing is SICK! :D

    My family's Tacomas!
The one on the right was my first vehicle. My father bought in back in the day (1995) brand new, to replace a mid 80's Toy Pickup that rusted out. I still remember driving back from the dealership in it. My dad bought the 03 in the middle brand new, and held on to his old one so that me and my brother would have something to drive when we were old enough. I drove it from July 07 to Nov 08. Didnt do any mods on it, but my brother, who is currently 18, is driving it right now, and as of last night when I talked to my mother on the phone, my brother just did the "Giant Dent in the Side Mod" when he hit a snow bank or something while driving in the snow NH has been getting. I dont have any pics of it, as it is 850 miles away, but I can tell you all that it is a 1995 5-Lugger 2.4L 5 Speed Extended Cab with a 6 ft bed. Its been from NH to Cali and British Columbia several times and has somewhere around 260,000 miles on it. I changed the original clutch that was in it at 225,000.
Also pictured is the 03 Double Cab in the middle, which is my fathers current ride. 4x4 3.4L Auto. And my baby on the left, the 04. I did get it when I was 19, so I am gonna call that a teen Taco as well, even though I no longer fit that description by a year and a half.

Hey I wanna play too. I know I'm 10 years too late but here's my '99. I got it brand new in Sept of '98 when I turned 17. Had it until July of last year when it got bought back cause of the frame rust. Loved that truck and would still have it today if the frame didn't fail. All the memories of driving to school dances, taking it to Nashville for college, sleeping in it when I couldn't drive home, and offroading. But now I have my '10 that I'm building memories on.

Lost track many, many mods ago.
I paid 1/2 for mine at 16 and all the mods/gas/repairs are paid for by me.
Oldest pic I have. Here, it's got a few mods

Got this when I was 17 off my uncle for $1600. He was the only owner and it's in great condition. Still completely stock. After browsing this forum, I have so many ideas. Sooo many sick tacos. Can't wait until I have some money! :D
