I liked the resale value when I traded it in… otherwise it was an underwhelming vehicle.

I'm gonna go with Canadian wildfire, not a dust storm.

 

It has a 4 banger...it has a 5 spd manual...it gets 20 mpg...it's paid off...it don't have remote start...it don't have safety nanny tech.

V6, simple and unique look. Trucky truck. NO LED lights that blind people.

 

Not a ton of useless tech, decent reliability, enough power to pull my car hauler with tractor or hay, holds its value well, tons of mods and install videos available, aesthetically pleasing to most, much more navigable on-road and off-road than my previous F-150 (or most full size trucks for that matter), and can still get 3 car seats across the back. I don't really care that it doesn't throw me back in my seat or have copious amounts of cab/bed space.

 

It has a double din infotainment screen, not some wannabe jumbo tron.

178.5 pounds of fury at 768rpm’s/15mph wot gets the 3rd Gem moving rather quick like :0)

as far as i can tell it's the newest truck with "old" tech you can buy. manual trans, hydraulic power steering, mechanical fan with clutch. it works and doesn't give you attitude.

 

My wife can't/won't drive it.

 

Low miles, Paid for, Fits in the garage.

 

Cheap, hauls the small things I need to haul, easy to park, virtually invisible.
