Try working for the Air Force. We have to follow all of OSHA standards and the Air Force made up their own which is basically just more strict than OSHA.

We were getting inspected one day and we have some 5 ton overhead hoists in our bays. One of the guys inspecting us was not wearing a hard hat (Required when using). He was just standing in the doorway and using the thing.

At work, i went to use the mens restroom and i flushed the urinal. Water just kept pouring and pouring.
I thought to myself, this cant be good.
So i just wash my hands and get out.
45 min later, somebody starts screaming that theres a flood in the basement.
    I thought, Damn....Did i do That?
so, i had a funny day today.

But ...you are (in a sense) OSHA regulated & compliant (so to speak).

As I am where I work. I don't have Safety meetings - but you know damn well if someone gets seriously hurt, OSHA will know about it and wanna know why and how it can be prevented the next time. I gotta make sure my machine & crew are acting safely. It's more like BABYSITTING.

I went to a store called "Linens & Things" today.... The place is going out of business so I figured I could pick up some cheap shit for the house.

This big (and funny) gentleman (employee) was helping me with some lamps that were the floor display. Got them off the shelf for me. The lamps still have the bulbs in them. He said (while laughing) - "They're so tight, they'll probably take the bulbs out." I said.... do you want them? He laughed again and said no.

So - I headed towards the check-out line.

And wouldn't you know it..... the lady at the cash register pulled the bulbs out of the lamps.

    I just had to laugh....
