I am going to look into it more here in a second and see if I can find a class that is somewhat close to me.

The signature part was about to be removed, but you brought it up, I put it up last night so it would show up for people overnight in threads...

What is wrong with bringing attention to something like this man? Honestly?

It is the thought that counts... more than some people do.

It's not the bringing of attention that is bad, I just dont agree with how you went about it. The post was more to bash TT than it was to enlighten, enlighten though you did. It was just too personal and biased, where as it should have been more informative. Just my .02, and exactly why I dont post that kind of stuff, because I would do the exact same thing. Anger and frustration always beat out other emotions.

Your post is confusing. There are so many assertions and then retractions in this post.
The dude was wrong to stick his sticker on there, because organizations have a duty to lead by example. I’m sure you know very well how stickers turns into tagging, etc for a “silly” social media outfit. Great outdoor areas get trashed because slowly people push the boundaries. You, and the company you work for, of all people, should be out to protect the lands and set an example.

We should ask for @xJuice opinion. I’m surprised he hasn’t offered it unprovoked yet

I’m going to play on both sides of the argument by tagging everything with stickers which will result in more money going to TL.

It is not confusing, my brain just doesn't set things into order the way I want all the time. I didnt disagree with the "hes wrong for doing it thing". I disagree for the amount of effort [put into putting Tembo Tusk down. That guys doesnt work for them, they made a mistake, and at the end of the day they admitted that. Why not call that guy out for what he did? He was the one who did not "TL". I am disagreeing with putting down the company so harshly, not the actual message. This was all too personal.

The point of the thread is to bring attention to the issue. The signature bringing attention to the thread was over the top. In my opinion.

Maybe I was too harsh in the way it all happened and honestly, should have just went to bed instead. At this point. Lock the thread as it is just going to turn into a bash the OP is how I see it.

The last sentence is what makes this entire thread IMO. Lead by example is how it should be, if not, it ends up on IG and then makes the rounds of every Meme account possible showing how people don't respect the land we have.

It took them a very long time for them to admit anything and really did not even admit that they did something wrong, instead of being a tad proactive, they were just like "bad, slap on the wrist" instead of "hey, having our company in cool places is awesome... but lets not tag things and put our stickers all over things and leave things clean as possible for the next person to visit them...

It was either that or I buy stuff on Amazon that I didn't need. But then again my purchases are done with the smile.amazon and go back to Tread Lightly.

Isn't that what every single signature with a banner and link to another thread is?

    Or am I wrong?

normally a signature is a link to your build. not some thread attacking a company. If you thought it was the right thing to do it would still be in your signature.
