I see a lot of Tacomas and looks like there are local trails here. Is there anything to do here?

I'm kind of new here so I'm not too familiar with the area. I know where Jefferson is though. From Winchester should I head North or South on Jefferson?

Head out East on the 79 just south of town. Easy access to quite a bit of dirt roads and mountains. Even the Palomar Mountain area.
