    does anyone know if the temp/compass unit will fit in an sr5 where the garage door opener compartment is? or would i need to buy the whole surround?

    I think you have to buy the whole console. Just look on ebay. Feel glad you
    don't have an '09. I priced it at the dealer and it was $1074.
