i'm a shadetree mechanic and i (along with my friends) were convinced that a drive bearing was going out on my 2019. after seeing what was involved with tensioner replacement, off to the shop it went. My shop called me later and told me that the tech said that the pulleys all felt good and didn't feel comfortable just digging in and removed the belt and scuffed the inside with a wire brush. he then replaced the original and noise gone (even after a test drive). he then installed a new belt from toyota and told me to pick it up and keep an ear on it. 1000 miles later my truck is still sounding brand new! thank goodness for honest, caring shops! i hope this saves someone some money/grief.
