If there is anyone lurking on here with a 3rd Gen 4Runner such as me Evan at Tepui sent me some very detailed instructions on how to mount it very cheaply to the factory roof rails. I am sure they can easily be applied to tacomas with the roof rack as well though! Pm me if you are interested!!

I also wanted black but went with the orange. The orange comes with a removable floor and has a front and rear door with windows on each side, the rear door works great with my trailer. I am thinking about making a black awning out of shade cloth. It is alot of orange, it will be easy to find :D

That looks great. I was thinking about adding a small solar panel with a battery to power some LEDs.

Let's keep this going guys. To those who are in the GB see if you can drum up any interest, I can only do so much. Lol the discounts are up to you! And for you guys on the edge we can only hit the next discount if you jump in. If everyone just waits we will never hit it.

I broke one my factory racks on my 3rd gen. Tookthe other off and bought a Yakima set of load bars. But I put it up there alone and 1 rack took all the weight. Now with the Yakima racks I just unlock the feet and take it off and put it on.

Hmmm that seems pretty handy to take off. Any chance you have any part nums for the Yakima bars?

I can look at my receipt tomorrow when I get home. I went to a shop called rack attack and they had it all ready to go. It's nice the foot print stays In the roof track and the towers and bars come off with the tent.

Here is rack attacks web site. I know they price match.
