Is there a way to tell if your coil springs are about done by looking at them? Bounce test maybe?

The coils are about touching up top but spaced as you go down.

Maybe I'm trying to justify getting rid of the spacers that sit between the top of the coil and the "cup" the coils and spacer sits in.

Wouldn't mind a bit more lift either but not over 3".

Been hearing about the OME stuff and the 5100 stuff but I haven't researched it here as I haven't had much time to dig through the tons of threads on it.

So how can I tell if my coils need replacing?
